Who Can Book

STUDIOS 94 welcomes bookings from artists, creatives, freelancers, educators, and organizations. Certain spaces and programs may have eligibility requirements, which will be specified on the relevant pages.

How to Book

Bookings can be made via our website using the appropriate request forms, or by contacting our team directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by STUDIOS 94.

What’s Included

Each space at STUDIOS 94 includes specific features and access, outlined clearly on the booking page. Shared amenities may include access to the kitchen, rooftop, shared bathrooms, and WiFi. Any additional equipment or services must be arranged in advance.

Check-In / Access

Access to your booked space is available during our opening hours only. Exact access times will be confirmed after booking. 24/7 access is not included.

House Rules

To ensure a respectful and creative environment, all guests and residents are expected to:

• Keep noise at a respectful level

• Refrain from smoking, using drugs, or engaging in illegal activity

• Avoid damaging walls or equipment (no drilling, nailing, etc.)

• Respect the privacy and work of others sharing the space

• Clean up after yourself and leave shared areas as you found them.

• Outside visitors are not permitted to enter any creative studios or access areas from the second floor upward without prior written approval by a STUDIOS 94 Staff.

• Shoes must be removed upon entering the building. From the first floor up, only indoor slippers are allowed.

Damages & Responsibility

Any damage caused to the space, furnishings, or equipment during your booking will be the responsibility of the guest or renter. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your deposit.

Cancellations or Modifications

Please refer to our Payment & Refund Policy for detailed cancellation terms. Requests to modify bookings must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability.
