PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Payment Terms

All bookings at STUDIOS 94 — including studio rentals, residencies, workshops, event space hire, and private sessions — require payment in advance to confirm your reservation.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as listed during the booking process.

For long-term rentals, such as studio spaces or residencies, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment deadlines will be outlined during the booking process and must be met to retain your reservation.

Deposits

Deposits for studio rentals, residencies, workshops and event bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The deposit amount and payment terms will be clearly communicated upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 30 days before your booking start date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, depending on the type of booking.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the booking start date are non-refundable. No-shows or failure to attend a booked session, residency, or event will not be refunded.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

Changes & Rescheduling

Changes to your booking may be possible depending on availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original booking date. STUDIOS 94 reserves the right to approve or decline any rescheduling requests.
