Located right next to a large art supply store, the studios are perfect for creatives looking for a central, inspiring, and professional place to work.

With flexible access during opening hours and connection to a wider creative community, this is more than just a workspace — it's a place where ideas grow and connections thrive.

Not Included:

Art materials (bring your own or purchase from the art shop next door)Storage outside of your desk area 24/7 access (studio access during opening hours only)Tools or specialist equipment (unless part of a booked workshop)

Each studio desk includes a private desk space with dividing walls for added privacy and a personal wall area where you can hang, display, or work directly on your art projects.

You’ll have access to all shared studio facilities, including high-speed internet, the communal coworking areas, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, balconies, and a large rooftop.

Daily cleaning of shared spaces is provided. As a member, you and your work will be promoted on our website and social media platforms. We also regularly host open days, giving the public a chance to visit the studios, see your work in progress, and connect with the creative community.
