1. Membership Access
Coworking members are granted access to the coworking areas during regular operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Access outside of these hours is not permitted unless specifically arranged in writing.
2. Space Usage
Desks and seating areas operate on a flexible, non-assigned basis. Members are expected to use available workstations respectfully and leave them clean and tidy after use.
3. Shared Facilities
Membership includes access to shared coworking areas, the rooftop, kitchen, and lounge. Access to private studios, event spaces, or workshop areas is not included unless separately booked.
4. House Rules
All members must adhere to the general house rules of STUDIOS 94: – Keep noise at a respectful level– No smoking, drug use, or illegal activity– No outside visitors allowed without prior written approval– Shoes must be removed on entry (from the 1st floor upward); slippers are available inside– Respect the privacy and workspace of others– Do not damage walls, furniture, or equipment.
5. Payments & Booking
Membership bookings are confirmed once payment is received. We will contact you via email to confirm availability and provide payment instructions. Membership fees are non-refundable once your membership has started.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking before the start date, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of your start date may result in partial or no refund, depending on the situation.
7. Conduct & Termination
STUDIOS 94 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without refund if a member violates these terms or disrupts the creative environment.
8. Liability
STUDIOS 94 is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Members are advised to take care of their possessions and use the space respectfully.
9. Updates to Terms
STUDIOS 94 may amend these terms at any time. Members will be informed in writing of any significant changes.
