1. Access & Hours
SOFT TOUCH Studio is accessible to members Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, during regular STUDIOS 94 operating hours — except during times when the studio is reserved for private bookings or workshops. Access outside of these hours is not permitted unless specifically arranged and confirmed in writing.
2. Shared Use & Availability
This is a shared creative space. While the studio may occasionally be reserved for classes or private workshops, members will be informed in advance of any scheduled closures or unavailable times. We do our best to ensure fair access but cannot guarantee exclusive use at all times.
3. Desk & Material Use
SOFT TOUCH operates as a flexible, open studio. There are no assigned desks or storage spaces. Members may use any available desk or area upon arrival. Communal art materials and tools that are clearly labeled for member use are available and must be handled with care. Materials may not be removed from the studio.
4. Studio Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully at all times and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
– Please clean up your workspace after use
– No smoking, drug use, or illegal activity
– Keep noise at a considerate level
– Respect the space and others using it
– No external visitors are allowed without written permission from STUDIOS 94
5. Payments & Cancellations
Membership is confirmed only after full payment is received. Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has started. If you need to cancel before your start date, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may not be refunded.
6. Liability
STUDIOS 94 is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings or artwork. Members are responsible for their own tools, materials, and insurance coverage.
7. Termination of Membership
STUDIOS 94 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if a member violates these terms, causes disruption, or damages the space.
8. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated by STUDIOS 94 at any time. Members will be notified in writing of any changes.
